a certain day, the president of one nation decided to visit (in the company of his secretary) the schools and the jails of the nation. there they went and after the visit at the first school the director of the place approached and told him that they needed money to get fixed the building, to increase the salaries and to buy better materials.
it is a pleasure to hear you, but you know (as everybody does) that the country is having a low economy period and we all have to make sacrifices so that the big part can survive however give a detailed note to my secretary and all that is in our hands we will do.
the same story repeated again and again in every school they visited
finally they got to a jail and the director of the place took the chance of coming closer and tell:
-mr. president, as you are here I will take this time to inform you that here we are needing an extra amount of money so that we can paint all the place with new colors, get the best equipment of air conditioner and calefaction, place in every cell both tv sets and computers and have daily food in basis of caviar and champagne.
-Just be sure that tomorrow's morning enough money to make true all of this and much more will be here, only give my secretary a total inform of the plans.
later the secretary told him
-I don't end to understand you, we visited schools where the children (who are the future of the nation) get educated and when you've been asked for money you denied to give it and we've come here and there's money to spend
-is quite simple, whatever it happens in the future nor you, nor me are gonna go back to school, but going to jail, who knows?
